On October 28th, Shang Zhixiao, secretary of the Party Committee of SDNU gave a Party lecture to party members among teachers and students in Qianfoshan Campus. Qi Weihua, Li Qing and Zhang Qirui attended the lecture.
Following the Party lecture theme, Shang Zhixiao deeply expounds rich connotation and practical requirements of the original intention and mission of the Chinese Communist Party, and further expounds active exploring of Party in different periods of revolution, construction and reform. Shang Zhixiao pointed out that the new tasks in the new era and new situation, reform and opening up and socialist modernization put forward new higher requirements for the development of education. At last, Shang Zhixiao proposed three requirements to fully carry out the initial intention and mission of the Chinese Communist Party, and to build a university that is satisfactory to the people. More than 300 Party members among teachers and students listened to the Party lecture.
