On May 18th, Faisal Ibrahim Khan, managing director of the Education Foundation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan, led a delegation to visit SDNU. Zhang Wenxin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SDNU,welcomed the guests in Qianfoshan Campus. The two sides reviewed the fruitful achievements of the previous cooperation, discussed in depth the cooperation issues of developing the diploma and degree students project and jointly establishing the Chinese Language and Culture Center, and reached in-depth consensus.
Zhang Wenxin said thatthe Education Foundation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province is an important partner of SDNU in Pakistan. In order to implement the exchange and cooperation agreement, the two sides have exchanged pragmatically and achieved remarkable results in the past three years, and have successfully completed two senior talents'language training sessions. The third session is expected to start in July this year. He said that SDNU will always attach great importance to the cooperation between the two sides,train outstanding talents with international vision for Pakistan, serve the "one belt and one way" initiative and the comprehensive exchange and cooperation between China and Pakistan.
Faisal thanked SDNU for the active efforts and assistance in the exchange and cooperation between the two sides, the effect of the advanced talents'language training project is satisfactory, and the students give high praise to their study and life. He said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province cherishes the exchanges and cooperation with SDNU, on the basis of existing good cooperation,they will select more excellent students to study in SDNU for bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. At the same time, he sincerely hopes that SDNU will help to set up a Chinese Language and Culture Center in the province, select excellent teachers to teach Chinese Language and Culture Courses.
