On May 13th, the opening ceremony of the 4th China-Central Asia Cooperation Dialogue was held in Shandong Hotel. Vice-President Wang Chuankui participated in the conference and signed the Memorandum Of Understanding on Establishing Friendly Exchange and Cooperation Relationship with Ansorov Muazzam, President of Tajik Pedagogic Institute, Tajikistan. The two sides reached a preliminary consensus on the exchange and cooperation in the fields of future teaching and scientific research, teacher-studentexchangesand so on. The signing of theMemorandum Of Understandingmarks a substantial contactbetween SDNU andthe University,the institutions of higher learning in Central Asian countries, and lays a solid foundation for deepening the cooperation in higher education with Central Asian countries in the future.
