On March 23rd, Hu Zhengrong, editor-in-chief of China Education Television Station and doctoral supervisor, was appointed as a part-time professor in SDNU. Xing Guang, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice-President of SDNU awarded the appointment letter to Professor Hu Zhengrong. The ceremony was chaired by Ma Chizhu, Director of the School of Journalism and Communication.
Ma Chizhu briefly introduced Professor Hu Zhengrong's academic achievements and influence, and thanked him for his support in the development of the First-Level Discipline of Journalism and Communication. Ma Chizhu said that the development of the university is based on disciplines, and the key to discipline construction lies in talents. He hoped that both sides would bring their professional advantages into full play, cooperate and exchange closely, and promote the improvement of disciplines, talents and scientific research level of the School of Journalism and Communication.
