From December 26th to 27th, the 6th Collaboration Meeting of Schools of Music and Dance in Shandong Province was held in SDNU. Sun Lewei, Gao Qiguang and Zhang Wenxin attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. More than 100 leading officials and professional backbone teachers from 28 colleges such as Shandong University and Shandong Art College attended the meeting.
At the opening ceremony, Zhang Wenxin warmly welcomed all the experts attending the meeting in his speech, and briefly introduced the history of SDNU and music and dance disciplines as well as the reform and development. Gao Qiguang introduced the work plan and idea of Shandong University Art Education Union in 2019. Sun Lewei summarized the aesthetic education work of colleges and universities in 2018 and made arrangements and deployments for the work in 2019.
Zhai Wenlu briefed on the basic skills competition of undergraduates majoring in music education in general colleges and universities in China in 2018,Li Haiou and Xiao Guibin presented their experiences on behalf of participating universities. The meeting invited Professor Cai Ren, Director of Music College of Guangxi Normal University, to give a report entitled Current Situation and Reform Thinking of Music Education Talents Training in Universities in the New Era. Delegates participating in the meeting discussed in depth the training standards of music and dance students, the construction of teachers and the enrollment examination. During the meeting, the Music College of SDNU held a special concert for the delegates.
