On December 20th, the 2018 Academic Committee Meeting of Shandong Key Laboratory of Animal Resistance Biology was held in Qianfoshan Campus. Vice President Wang Chuankui attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Professor Zhu Xueliang from Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Miao Long from Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professors Liu Xiangguo and Professor Ma Chunhong from Shandong University, Professor Huang Jiadong from Jinan University, Wang Changfa from Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Professors Zhou Jun, He Hongbin and Yang Guiwen from Shandong Normal University were invited to attend the meeting.
During the meeting, Zhou Jun, director of key laboratory, reviewed and reported the work of key laboratory in 2018 from the aspects of basic situation, team building, scientific research projects undertaken and representative scientific research achievements, opening topics and academic exchanges,he then analyzed the existing problems, and put forward the work plan for next year. Eight young teachers,namely, Qi Feifei, Nie Hui, Zhang Fan, Li Hua, Pan Wei, Jia Min, Du Shuyuan and Han Xiaoying, reported their scientific research work and the application of the National Natural Fund respectively.
The experts listened carefully to the reports, fully affirmed the work of key laboratories in 2018, discussed the topics of introduction of laboratory talents, improvement of scientific research ability,application of scientific research projects and training of young teachers, commented on the work of young teachers one by one, and put forward opinions and suggestions.
