On December 20th, the forum of principals of practice schools was held in Shandong Normal University. Li Xia, Director of Student Affairs Department of Shandong Provincial Education Department, and Man Baoyuan, Vice President of Shandong Normal University attended the forum. The forum was chaired by Bi Hualin, Director of Academic Affairs.

Man Baoyuan delivered a speech on behalf of SDNU. He briefed the delegates and guests on the current situation of SDNU and the development of teacher education innovation in recent years, and expressed his sincere thanks to the education bureaus and practice schools in various urban areas for their long-term concern, support and help. He said that the government has issued a series of important documents around the construction of high-level undergraduate education and the revitalization and development of teacher education. Higher education, especially the teacher education, has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. Shandong Normal University will focus on the goal of building a first-class comprehensive Normal University in China, continue to promote in-depth cooperation and collaborative innovation with local governments and primary and secondary schools, carefully build a number of high-level experimental areas of teacher education innovation and provide more and better human resources and intellectual support to guide the development of regional basic education.

Li Xia was invited to give a special report on "Shandong Examination Enrollment System and New Examination Reform". In view of the summer college entrance examination, spring college entrance examination, comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate college enrollment, separate enrollment of higher vocational colleges, comprehensive evaluation of higher vocational enrollment, registration, students training, special plan for students in rural and poverty-stricken areas, public-funded enrollment, she gave detailed and comprehensive introduction of Shandong Province's new entrance examination reform policy. The report was unanimously praised by the delegates participating in the forum, which provided useful help for them to further understand and master the examination admission policy and trends.
