In order to celebrate the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up, carry out in depth the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions to Huang Danian's exemplary deeds, and further promote and inherit the core values of Chinese socialism, on December 19th, the large-scale original stage play "Huang Danian" created by the School of Journalism and Communication was officially performed in Changqinghu Campus. Yao Dongfang and Xing Guang attended the premiere.
The stage play Huang Danian tells the true story of Huang Danian, an internationally renowned strategic scientist who is well-known in the field of aero geophysics. He has made a series of achievements in deep exploration by leading Chinese outstanding scientists and technicians, and filled many gaps in science and technology in China. He passed away after seven years of hard work for China, but his spirit is always passed on and never extinguished. The stage play was created by School of Journalism and Communication for half a year, as a key project of Ideological and political work for the college students in 2018, the school attaches great importance to ideological and political education, which is embodied in the play. Students Jiang Minglin and Yang Wenjing act as directors, Xie Boyu and Huang Zeyue act as assistant directors, Yu Jing writes the play, the main actors are Qulei, Mu Jiayu and Liu Huining. In the course of planning and rehearsal, the students were deeply affected by Huang Danian's patriotism and professionalism. The performers devote themselves to paying attention to the details of the performance and try their best to perform the most authentic and classical image of Huang Danian, paying tribute to Huang Danian.
