On December 7th, the founding conference of the "Changqing Alliance" of Shandong Universitieswas held in the No. 1 conference hall of the Changqinghu Campus of Shandong Normal University. Deng Yunfeng, Yang Feng and Zhao Ju'an attended the conference and delivered speeches. Wang Tan,Wang Pinmu,Shang Zhixiao, Wang Huanbin and Man Baoyuan were also present. Over 300 people participated in the conference. The conference was chaired by Wang Huanbin.

At the meeting, Tian Lixin, vice president of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, read the "Alliance Proposal",Ren Min, vice president of Qilu University of Technology, read the "Alliance Regulations". The leaders of 10 universities of Shandong Normal University, Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine University, Qilu University of Technology, Shandong Jiaotong University,Shandong College of Arts,Shandong University of Art and Design, Shandong Women's College, Shandong Management College, Shandong Vocational and Technical College of Labor and Jinan Normal College of Infant Education signed in the Alliance Regulations. Deng Yunfeng, Yang Feng, Zhao Ju'an, Shang Zhixiao, Tian Lixin, Chen Jiachuan and Sun Xiuli jointly started the crystal ball. Cao Ti, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Vocational and Technical College of Labor ,delivered a speech on behalf of members of the League. Teachers of Shandong Management College and students of Shandong Jiaotong Uniersity made speeches respectively.

Deng Yunfeng fully affirmed the development achievements of 10 universities in Changqing University Town over the years. He pointed out that co-construction and sharing is an important way to achieve high-quality development and a correct choice.

In his speech, Yang Feng said that the establishment of the Changqing Alliance will surely increase the interaction and cooperation between colleges and universities, promote the sharing and co-construction of high-quality school-running resources, effectively improve the quality of education and school-running efficiency, and truly realize the sharing of resources, collaborative innovation, complementary advantages and win-win development.

Shang Zhixiao said that the establishment of the "Changing Alliance" in Shandong higher education is a milestone in the development of Shandong higher education, which has realistic and long-term significance and will effectively promote the development of higher education, intensive development and scientific development in Shandong Province.

Zhao Ju;'an said that Changqing District, as the base of the alliance, will increase the input of public services in the University Science Park, further improve the level and efficiency of government services in universities, attach great importance to the improvement of basic education and medical conditions in the park, actively build a long-term mechanism of cooperation between industry, University and research, and build a platform of "industry, education and research", so as to integrate Changqing District and resident universities into a community of economic development.

After the establishment of the alliance,the universities will build an open platform for teaching and scientific research resources, focus on the sharing of teaching and scientific research resources, such as courses, teachers, books and materials, experimental training platform, scientific research innovation platform, large-scale instruments and equipment, international education, and so on, to achieve substantive and in-depth cooperation in personnel training, teaching staff, discipline construction, scientific and technological innovation, large-scale equipment, social services, etc.
