On May 17th, the first DMB of Shandong Normal University was held in Qianfoshan Campus. This festival was jointly hosted by the graduate student affairs department, the student affairs department, the youth league committee of SDNU, the graduate student association and student union.Shang Zhixiao,Tang Bo, Yao Dongfang, Chen Dezhan attended the opening ceremony together with a total of more than 1800 people including the leading officials of units and schools,teachers and students. The opening ceremony was chaired by Li Xiaokuan,director of graduate student affairs.
In his speech, Shang Zhixiao said that the construction of the studying style and the improvement of students' academic research ability are a systematic project. It is necessary for the teachers to take the lead in the guidance, and to cooperate closely with all the departments and schools to form a joint force.
At the opening ceremony, Tang Bo awarded the plaque of "first batch of DMB"to the outstanding schools. Yao Dongfang and Chen Dezhan respectively awarded trophies and certificates for the academically excellent doctoral students and masters. Shang Zhixiao,Li Aihua, Wei Jian, He Hongbin, Yang Cunchang, Wang Chengxin, and Xia Tong Shui opened the first DMB together.
