Recently, President Tang Bo and Deputy Secretary of Party committee Zhang Wenxin met the delegation led by Santiago Garcia Granda, president of University of Oviedo of Spain, in Qianfoshan Campus. Both sides discussed about the future projects of student exchange, teacher exchange, the establishment of Confucius classroom,etc. Then both sides renewed the agreement on exchanges and cooperation between the two universities.
In the afternoon, the delegation came to Changqinghu Campus and visited the new library and the achievement exhibition hall.Then the two sides planted the friendship tree ,indicating that the exchanges and cooperation between the two universities entered a new stage of development.
