On June 27th, the opening ceremony of Mr. Ren Jiyu's inscription of Library was held in Changqinghu campus. Vice President Cai Yangjian attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. The ceremony was presided over by the deputy director of the library, Liu Changrong.
In his speech, Cai Yangjian expressed congratulations on the official opening of Mr. Ren Jiyu's inscribed library name on behalf of SDNU, and heartfelt gratitude to his family for their selfless support and assistance.
At the ceremony, Cai Yangjian and Du Baoguo jointly unveiled the inscription of Mr. Ren Jiyu'. Du Baoguo read out a letter from Mr. Ren Chong, a representative of his family and a teacher from Peking University, in which he expressed his best wishes to Shandong Normal University and the library.
