On June 17th, China Piano Music Development Research Center of Shandong Normal University was established in Qianfoshan Campus. Bao Huiqiao, former vice chairman of the Chinese Musicians' Association, Ni Hongjin, professor of the PLA Academy of Arts, Liu Zaisheng, professor of Shandong Normal University, professor Yang Yandi, president and doctoral supervisor of Harbin Conservatory of Music, Sun Shihui ,deputy director of the Publicity Department of the Jinan Municipal Party Committee, Liu Xiaojing,chairman of the Shandong Musicians Association, Vice President of Shandong Academy of Arts, Wan Guangxia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Normal University, Zeng Xianwen, Director of the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Provincial Department of Education, and Wu Hongchang, Executive Vice President of Shandong Musicians Association attended the ceremony. More than 200 experts and scholars from Central Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, China Conservatory of Music, Xi'an Conservatory of Music, Wuhan Conservatory of Music, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, Sichuan Conservatory of Music, Xinghai Conservatory of Music, Central China Normal University, South China Normal University, Capital Normal University and other universities attended the ceremony. The ceremony was chaired by Gao Jinghai, director of the Social Sciences Department of Shandong Normal University.
Yang Yandi and Liu Xiaojing jointly unveiled the China Piano Music Development Research Center, Sun Shihui and Wan Guangxia presented employment letters to the honorary director, deputy director, expert committee director, deputy director, and committee members.
