On June 9th, the 2023 Western Plan volunteer departure ceremony was held in Changqinghu Campus. Feng Jikang and Wan Guangxia attended the ceremony. Officials from relevant departments and all volunteers of the 2023 Western Plan attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Wan Guangxia.
At the ceremony, Feng Jikang awarded the flag and delivered a speech to the volunteers. Zhao Wei, the Secretary of the Youth League Committee of SDNU, reported on the work of the 25th Graduate Support Teaching Group, Fang Jinze, the Temporary Party Branch Secretary of the 24th Graduate Support Teaching Group, reported on the work of the past year, and the volunteers of the 2023 Western Plan spoke one by one and solemnly swore an oath to the team flag.
