In order to strengthen the construction of the young teacher team, promote the growth of young teachers, and promote the high-quality development of SDNU, on May 25th, SDNU held a meeting for young teachers in Qianfoshan Campus to listen to the opinions and suggestions of young teachers. President Zeng Qingliang presided over the meeting and delivered a speech, 22 young teacher representatives as well as leaders from the President's Office and Human Resources Department attended the meeting.
After listening to the young teachers, Zeng Qingliang expressed gratitude and respect for the achievements made by the young teachers in teaching, scientific research, social services, and their efforts in the development of SDNU's career. He also expressed hope for the young teachers.
At the meeting, young teachers expressed their opinions and suggestions on subject development, professional construction, teaching and research, and talent cultivation, in order to further enhance the core competitiveness of SDNU. Based on their own learning and work experience, they put forward opinions and suggestions from strengthening training, building more platforms, and improving the development system and mechanism.
