On May 18th, the launch ceremony of An Zuozhang Scholarship and the symposium on An Zuozhang's academic and educational ideas were held in Changqinghu Campus. Feng Jikang, Xu Shuangqing, Zheng Yuanjie, Liu Dezeng, the family and the students of An Zuozhang attended the launch ceremony, over 300 representatives of teachers and students participated in the ceremony. The launch ceremony was chaired by Xu Shuangqing.
During the launch ceremony, Feng Jikang and Liu Dezeng jointly unveiled the "An Zuozhang Scholarship", Feng Jikang presented awards to award-winning students, and Zheng Yuanjie read out the "Decision on Commending 2022 An Zuozhang Scholarship Winners".
After the launch ceremony, a symposium was held on An Zuozhang's educational ideas, methods, academic research. An Zuozhang Scholarship was established in accordance with Mr. An Zuozhang's will, with a donation of 500 thousand yuan from his personal savings, to reward graduate students of the School of History and Culture with excellent moral and academic performance. It is awarded to 5 people annually, with 5000 yuan per person.
