From March 24th to 25th 2018, the first Dongyue forum was successfully held in Shandong Normal University.Ma Xiaolei, vice director of Shandong provincial organization department,Guo Jianlei,vice director of provincial education department, Li Boping,inspector of provincial human resources social security department, Han Hongqiang, vice director of the city of Ji’nan organization department,Zheng Shuzhong,director of the talent office of Shandong provincial organization department, Zhu Linghua, director of the personnel office of provincial education department,Chu Guoliang, director of the human resources development office of the provincial human resources social security department，Shang Zhixiao,secretary of the party committee of SDNU,Tang Bo,president of SDNU together with Wang Hongyu,vice president of SDNU attended the opening ceremony. 55 young scholars from the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan and other universities and research institutes,leading officials from other universities and departments, some teachers and students also were present. The opening ceremony was chaired by Tang Bo.
Thematic film of university achievement(2018 edition) was shown during the opening ceremony . Ma Xiaolei, Guo Jianlei, Li Boping, Han Hongqiang, Shang Zhixiao launched the forum together.Guo Jianlei introduced the situation of the development of education in Shandong and the comprehensive reform of higher education, and expressed Shandong's thirst for talents.
Shang Zhixiao extended his warm welcome to the officials,guests and young scholars, he briefly introduced the development process of SDNU’S reform and educational achievements, the long-term development plan, teaching and scientific research conditions and environment. Shang Zhixiao hoped that the holding of Dongyue forum can build a platform for cooperation and exchange of talents at home and abroad, so as to enhance young scholars' in-depth understanding of Shandong's economic,social development and Shandong Normal University.
The keynote report of the conference was chaired by Wang Hongyu. Zheng Shuzhong made a keynote speech on the national and Shandong’s talent policy.The forum consisted of 7 sub-forums, covering chemistry, biology, physics, psychology, mathematics and information science, geography, environmental science, economics and management science and other 10 subjects, each subject sub-forum to carry out academic exchanges and negotiations and report, and the organization of the scholars’on-the-spot investigation of the teaching and research platform.
