On March 14, 2018,the fourth plenary meetingofthe first session of the thirteenth National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference was held , the chairman, vice chairman, secretary general and Standing Committee of the thirteenth National Committee of the CPPCC were elected.Yang Chuantang, the alumni of Shandong Normal University, was elected vice chairman of the thirteenth National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference.
Yang Chuantang, male, Han nationality, born in May 1954 in Yucheng, Shandong province.From 1981 to 1983,he studied in the Department of Chinese language and literature of Shandong Normal University.
