From December 10th to 13th 2017, Wang Huanbin ,the Deputy Secretary of the party committee of SDNU, who was invited by Taiwan sister schools, led a delegation to the National Pingtung University of Education, National Tsing Hua University and Chinese culture university for visit and communication.

At National Pingtung University, Wang Huanbin attended the fourth anniversary ceremony of the school, the "University and future" International Roundtable Forum, and the opening ceremony of VAR somatosensory technology center. During the event, Wang Huanbin expressed his sincere solicitude to the exchanged students of SDNU at National Pingtung University and had a cordial discussion with them. He encouraged the students to strengthen self-discipline, consciously abide by the rules and regulations of National Pingtung University, participate in the extracurricular activities actively to broaden the cultural vision and enrich their life experience. He also mentioned that the exchanged students need to enhance friendship with our compatriots inTaiwan.

At National Tsing Hua University, Wang Huanbin attended the forum hosted by Xin Shichang, vice president of the university. Wang Huanbin introduced the development and construction of Shandong Normal University and he hoped that the extensive communication between each other can promote the cooperation of the two universities. After the forum, Wang Huanbin visited National Tsing Hua University's exhibition of creative education achievement, the Learning Resources Center (Library) and some college teaching and experimental facilities.

During the visit to Chinese culture university , Wang Huanbin and Li Tianren ,president of Chinese culture university , reviewed the fruitful exchanges between the two universities since the establishment of friendly relations, and reached a consensus on furthering mutually beneficial cooperation between the two universities. At Chinese culture university, Wang Huanbin also met the exchanged students of SDNU and had a meeting with them. At the meeting, Wang Huanbin sent greetings to the students on behalf of Shandong Normal University and answered the questions concerned by the students. The exchanged students expressed their gratitude to Shandong Normal University and said that they will cherish the time inTaiwanto learn more. Each visit of the delegation has received warm welcome and reception from the local friendly universities, which has played an important role in consolidating the friendly relations between our university and universities inTaiwan. The visits also enhanced the popularity of SDNU.
