According to the memorandum of understanding between China and Singapore, entrusted by the Ministry of education, China Scholarship Council is responsible for the selection of China -Singapore Prime Minister Fund Scholarship Program. In 2018 we will continue to send staff to the National University of Singapore and the Nanyang Technology University in Singapore to study for a master's degree for a period of 12 months. The following matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. If you are interested in this programme, please read the requirements on "Brochure of China -Singapore Prime Minister Fund Scholarship Program " (annex 1) and “Related Materials and Instructions” (annex 2) carefully.

2. The applicants should have at least 3 years of managerial experience as deputy division level or above for state organs and its affiliated enterprises. The applicants should also have a bachelor's degree or above and should be born after December 15, 1971.

3. If you want to apply, one of the following conditions of the foreign language level is required: (1) By July 2018, your valid TOEFL/IELTS score: TOEFL IBT-85 (or PBT-580) or above, IELTS score of 6.5 or above. If you don’t have a TOEFL/IELTS score now, you can provide it when interviewed by Singapore at the beginning of March 2018. (2) You are supposed to have obtained a bachelor degree or above in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, UK and USA.

4. The applicant should comply with the relevant administrative regulations of the school staff for studying abroad

The applicants should hand in the “personal application" (indicating the telephone number and the commonly used e-mail) to room 0325 of the administration building for registration before December 13, 2017. The application should be signed by school leaders and stamped with the school seal. The personnel office will examine the qualification of the applicants. If qualified, the applicants need to log in the platform of China Scholarship Council（http://apply.csc.edu.cn）to fill in the information from December 15, 2017, and submit the application materials (two copies) to the 0325 room of administration building before 5:00 p.m. of December 20, 2017.
