On December 19th, Yuwalak, President of Dhonburi Rajabhat University, led a delegation to visit SDNU.The president Zeng Qingliang met the visitors. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on application for the establishment of the Confucius Institute, academic cooperation in humanities and social sciences, and joint training of students, and reached consensus on operation.
Zeng Qingliang showed warm welcome to the delegation, and briefly introduced the history of SDNU, discipline characteristics, and the status of international exchanges and cooperation. He said that strengthening exchanges with higher education in countries along the Belt and Road, including Thailand, is of great significance for universities to deepen pragmatic cooperation and promote the connotative development of universities. It is hoped that a multi-level, wide-ranging, and high-level international exchange and cooperation model will be established in Confucius Institute and other professional fields.
Yuwalak briefly introduced the principles of cultivation, the construction of the campus, and the status of foreign exchanges. She hoped that the two universities will work together to actively apply for Confucius Institute and strengthen interaction and exchanges.
